5 Ways to Overcome Panda Eyes – In addition to acne, women usually avoid panda eyes, aka dark circles in the eye area. Panda eyes are clearly very disturbing appearance.

There are several factors that cause panda eyes to appear, ranging from lack of sleep to genetic factors. Dr Jessica Wu, dermatologist and author of Feed Your Face says, “When you are tired, the blood vessels dilate and the eyes become puffy, creating dark shadows.”

1. Sleep

You certainly already know this one, a good night’s sleep is the easiest and cheapest way to get rid of dark circles in the eye area. Non-negotiable, this is the most basic way that can be done.

2. Cold spoon

Prepare two metal spoons, store them in the refrigerator and gently place them on your eyelids when you wake up the next morning.

3. Pillow

Adding a pillow or two to support your head can be done to prevent dark circles and puffy eyes.

4. Concealer

If you can’t get rid of panda eyes, try covering them with concealer! Start applying the concealer from the inner corner of the eye, near the nose, outward following the eye line. This method is more effective than applying it horizontally under the eyes.

5. Witch Hazel Oil

Soak a cotton ball in witch hazel oil then apply it to the eyes, leave it for 5-10 minutes. Your skin will feel firmer and fresher.
