1. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables

2. Avoid wearing contact lenses for more than 19 hours
This can cause permanent eye damage as well as discomfort to your eyes. Don’t wear glasses too long.
3. Reduce the use of eye drops
Reduce the use of eye drops. Using eye drops to treat red eyes is fine, but only occasionally. If you overdo it, it will actually damage your eye health.
4. Use cucumber
